What happened
An OS command injection vulnerability in the batchupg functionality of the TOTOLINK X2000R router allows arbitrary code execution via a crafted HTTP request sent by an authenticated user.
Are you affected?
You are affected if you run TOTOLINK X2000R with firmware TOTOLINK-X2000R-Gh-V1.0.0-B20250421.1327 and the device's web management interface is reachable by an attacker, including through an account they can authenticate with.

- Restrict access to the router's web admin interface so it is not reachable from the internet
- Change default or weak admin passwords and limit who holds admin accounts
